My girlfriend dropped off a package for me on 3 occasions. The first 2 times she came home with a receipt that had a handwritten price that was higher than what was printed on the receipt. My girlfriend had no idea why it was like this. The 3rd time she went there was no handwritten price, however when we checked the receipt with her credit card statement the price was different. I called trying to get an explanation and never got one. Today she went to a different location and didn't have this issue.nnI would stay far away from this post office. She also complained about how rude one of the women is that works here.
I'm only giving this location 2 stars because there is one clerk who is absolutely wonderful!! So helpful and kind and seems genuinely so happy to help. Unfortunately the other clerk is EXTREMELY rude and unpleasant. She slammed my packages right in front of me and did not even greet me, even after I said hello. While this post office is the closest to my house I would actively drive an extra 10 minutes to avoid her.
Yeah the reviews are putting things lightly, this lady that works there is a absolute nightmare. She is very very short with people and always in a bad mood, I HAVE NO CLUE HOW SHE HAS A JOB. This is probably one of the worst jobs she could have as she is in constant contact with customers. She is the worst and I would say stay away from this location just due to this rude lady. The other ladies there are a pleasure but they cannot makeup for the rude lady, she literally is bringing the whole location down with her.
I had to buy a envelope to ship my package in but I was short 50 cents. The lady said it was alright and let me ship the package anyway. She also packaged it for me. Very good and fast customer service.
They charge you $1 per box for them to tape it if you do not have it tapped or buy a roll for about $2.nThey also have a $5 min if you use a card. What a joke of a post office. First time coming here and maybe the last time unless I already have the box tapped.
