This office should not be open for business. I (along with several others) stood in line while the only employee went outside to get her cell phone charger. When she walked back in to finally service us, she had the worse attitude EVER. She was not wearing a name badge so I cant call her out but she should definitely not be allowed to work directly with customers. She should be somewhere in the warehouse sorting mail. Needless to say, I did not leave my package there because I knew it would not be in good hands. If you are looking for professional, reliable & courteous service...DO NOT visit this site.
shipped a couple of certified mail letters without any issues. Was in and out with in 5 mins at around 11:45am Monday. It was clean and helpful counter lady.
Slow, unprofessional and very ghetto in here. Dusty workers that move slow this show be against the law!!!!
This office is very discriminatory. I was next in line and the counter lady told a causcian lady, which was not even in line and had several big packages, that she would be next in line instead of me. This is a horrible office.They do not care about protocol and intentionally rude and have bad behavior to customers just to keep their volume low and don't have to work as hard as the other offices.
They close at 4:30pm Monday-Friday
