This place is horrible unprofessional staff . The carriers don’t know how to do their job; I lost more than 15 packages which the carrier says it was delivered in my mail box. Every-time I go there I do not get a good respond from the supervisors . I even told them not to deliver my packages anymore but they continue delivering it and I don’t get it. I filled a claim for all my lost packages but I did not get anything solve ,no even a refund. I keep baring because it’s close to my house. I recently ordered my baby stuff and my shoes for Christmas I did not receive it I was angry I had to call the police on them . I’m not a troublemaker I just want them to know how I feel and how serious I’m about the things I order . I do not recommend this place to anyone ; special if you are a seller find a safe mail carrier to ship your customers item from.
The women who work there are friendly & very helpful.. With having to manage things with social distancing, they were very patient with people who ignored the signs and would have to be re-directed by them...They deserve an even higher rating than 5..!!!..
Good service and great staff until this place gets crowded. May need to hire few more during the peak hours.
I don’t about other but when I go they aww nice even I move out in Clarkston I still come back Clarkston post office
