Valerie is the most rudest clerk I’ve ever met. Disrespectful and absolutely no help. I tried to be calm but she was giving me attitude since I called this morning. I’ve been coming here and now this is the last time. If you care about your customers, then customer service is a must. Absolutely none at this facility.
I don’t know what hood they’re hiring these people from but they’re rude ! A lady I got off the phone with said “quickly” in regards to me saying hold on to be able to write a number down ! Please train your staff to have some type of etiquette , we are not their kids .
This office is closed almost always when I go there!!!!
I went into this post office to rent a P. O Box, I had the horrible experience of dealing with this woman named Valeria, she was very rude and disrespectful, angry and mad. I had went into the post office about three times this morning and I observed her speaking nasty and disrespectful to several of people particularly a woman he was polite and professional and graceful to her in a horrible tone. The Post Office needs to teach her some professional customer service skills because she obvious lacks them especially about bringing your person problems to the job. This Valeria lady is unprofessional and some kind of discrepancy action needs to be done about her. I am reaching out the office of inspector general about this one.
I was in the location about 20 mins before they closed. There were 2 women helping customers. About 10 mins to closing one of the clerks gets loud telling an elderly lady she waited too late to be coming in and not know what to do. She was asking the clerk what label and postage she needed the clerk was very agitated telling her she didnt have the priority stamp she needed and she shouldn't have waited til the last minute. Then she said again, people always waiting til the last minute we are closed. You better hope you take too long you will be coming back tomorrow. The one that helped me was cool even though I'm sure she was ready to go, she was not rude.
