She used to be so pleasant! I have always gotten the brilliant red marker scoldings on my mail, irritating but I let it slide. (No every website address form does not have a spot for po box!) Now every time I call I get a blistering lecture based on fabricated nonsense. The US post office is an institution I value. This post office however has become a nightmare due to the woman running the place.
This is the most dysfunctional post office I have ever done business with. One of the employees has an unattractive habit of scolding customers. I have been scolded in the past, and I saw her scold two customers today. Today I waited in line for 30 minutes to pick up a package sent to me. There are large p.o. boxes set aside for leaving packages for customers, but they refuse to leave mine in one. If the average wait time is 15 minutes, it's because the people coming and going to retrieve their mail from personal boxes are in there less than one minute. If you need to interact with an employee, plan on 30 minutes at least. Time of day doesn't seem to matter. I've waited just as long at 8a as at 11a because only one person is on duty early in the morning.
First time using this post office location. Needed to mail packages on a Saturday. The social distancing was orderly and the service was pleasant and efficient given the number of people in line. Will use again.
I didn't have any issues with the staff Howard i won't return. If you are someone that is sensitive to vibes.... this place should be avoided.
They are small but efficient. Every time I have stepped in here, the staff has been friendly and helpful.
