Hello, I am very disappointed from the lady in the post today , red hair lady, don't know her name . She was rud and unfriendly, and she tryed to charge me in more expensive way to send my package. This happen for the 3 time , so I prefer to go to Pooler post office.nBefore this person appear in this post office everything was great and it was a pleasure to meet the previous lady.nWhy manager don't control people like this red hair arrogant woman ?

I ordered something that was perishable! On the package it states do not place in direct heat, do not leave in mailbox. So I just want to thank my mail carrier for putting it in my mailbox cause it’s now ruined. Not to mention I order pictures and the same mail carrier crammed them in the mailbox. So obviously this person doesn’t care or is being lazy but I think it’s ridiculous.
The cleanest and nicest Postal Service office I've been to in this area the staff is amazing I would never go to another one.
Horrible! I filled out the form to hold my mail, and guess what no one knows where my mail is. The customer services USED to be great but now it's like they just don't care.
