My husband and I absolutely love coming here to this post office. The customer service is great!
Was to receiveca small pkg. Small enough to fit in mailbox. At 7.51pm it was said that I requested it to be returned to PO. which I did not. Lying is not beneath them to get away with not delivering. I waited all day for this item and nothing. Shame on them not taking their job seriously because they cannot get fired. PITY
This particular postal office has the rudest bunch of people I’ve ever encountered. If you call you get a lady who has a supercharged attitude and should not be working for a mail office that deals with calls all day, she should be working at McDonald’s where her attitude is considered normal. I avoid this place at all costs.
Rude and slow! I was done with them after the first visit - but after a few months, here I am again because I was in there area and NOTHING has changed. The same guys is behind the counter taking his precious time to do the most simplest task like the line isn’t stretched to the back of the building!! They couldn’t care less about people’s time or customer service. I’d use to extra gas to go elsewhere because this post office is terrible!
Employees need to park somewhere besides customers parking places
