Went to get my passport and they were extremely helpful and so very nice, patient and understanding! I highly recommend this post office !!
I have paid for a priority post. And that madam told me that my post will reach at next day. But today 3 days almost gone. But my cover has not been reached at my destination.nEverytime same cassette is running.nThis is not fair.nIt is important post, I must have to get that cover as soon as possible. But I felt too much bad experience.
Rude. Acted like I was totally inconveniencing her by asking a question.
Called this morning to ask about a package that they say was attempted to be delivered when we never saw the mail truck! The lady was very rude and very unhelpful, she claimed there was nothing they could do, not even tell me where my package is.
Out of 30 packages you managed to destroy 6 of them. Costing me $720 in refunds not to mention shipping cost. I will never be using you service ever again.
