If you compare the reviews for the Minneola post office and Clermont post office they are totally opposite. Minneola routinely gets 5 stars and Clermont routinely gets 1 Star. I love the staff and ease of using the Minneola site. They are super efficient and always friendly. Clermont is sloooooow and unfriendly, typical government workers who know they’ll have a job regardless of service. I only went to Clermont because an undelivered package went there. Why, I don’t know I live in Minneola!
Very helpful staff and very kind. The post Master is very kind to give back to me the wrong postage stamp on my package and redirect where to send it. I cannot complaint at all.
I've always had pleasant experiences here with the staff. Perhaps it's because I'm polite and respectful to them; you have to pay respect to earn respect. Even though it's a small office, I do appreciate the speedy and kind service I receive.
Rude staff member
The staff of this post office are extremely independent and have forgotten who they work for. Have called countless times and they refuse to answer their phone. Apparently a typical government operation.
