Missing mail, missing certified letters,I asked to have my mail held until I could get a PO box because I don't trust my mail making it to my mailbox which is always left open and my mail was delivered anyway, not to mention the fact that nobody ever answers that phone and it's never open at a convenient time for people who might have a job in life. I guess we're going to have to make complaints to the postmaster general for the county and state for something to change
The box had 6 areas where it was open and the product was pretty much destroyed. The envelope it was delivered and looks like it was run over by a forklift. That's probably why it was folded over and jammed into my mailbox today. Thanks for handling with care! I can't wait for Amazon to go head to head with the US Postal Service and put you right out of business.
Sent out 5 certified letters , post office failed to deliver them. Spoke with Natalie the postmaster who stated she would find out why the certified letters haven't been delivered, it's been over a month. Natalie then never calls me back. Thanks Natslie,nThis post office is incompetent, I've never seen any buisness as poorly managed as this office is. So disappointed
Spoke to the Postmaster, Stephanie. She was very helpful and answered all my technical questions regarding Certified and Registered letters. Pleasant, Knowledgeable and efficient.
Bob working the service desk is the reason I am rating this place 2 stars instead of 1. He's about the only one who knows how to do his job. I'm tired of tracking on my packages often going in circles, saying out for delivery when they're just being held at the post office without notice, or saying ready for pickup when they're not actually there. It would be nice to call and make sure before making the 25-mile round trip. Except nobody ever answers the phone. Each time I am forced to drive there, it's a gamble. Will my stuff be there? Nobody knows! At least the new worker delivering here is nice. The previous one would get mad if anybody was waiting on her and take the stuff back to the office without finishing delivery.
