I live at 1890 mary jo way, the whole subdivision is having problems with the mail delivery. We keep having to bring the mail to each other, because it was in the wrong box. That is just a nuisance, but now it effects my dog's health. We where waiting for the usual delivery of the medication she needs. We were told to go get the box at the post office at the other side of town. Cannot understand why it was not delivered since it is not a controlled substance and it was always delivered before, always.
Came into the post office to have something shipped. The post office was clean. Lady at the counter was kind and helpful. I will return to use this post office. 5 out of 5 stars
I understand people are upset with their rent-a-box etc but I agree with the other reviews, the workers here are always kind and helpful. I prefer this location each time I mail something out. Thank you!
I don't understand why they even have a phone number since no one ever answers the phone! It rings forever and then you get a busy signal! Improvements definitely need to be made. I do have to say that once I go there I always have good service. Phone issues are terrible!!!
I just moved here Aug 31st and have never had such a horrible experience with a mail carrier before. Three times they have refused to deliver packages with a note saying mailbox too small for package. There are multiple ways to deliver to my apartment, leave it in the Luxer One package system, leave it with reception or you know, deliver it to my actual door! I have sent an e-mail but never get a response. Now I am going to make it a point not to order anything if they use USPS.
