My package arrived in Pensacola 9:47pm on the 28th. It was sent to me via express priority. I should have had it at the latest on Tuesday. I have filed a claim as it has been in transit ever since. Interestingly enough what was inside was valuable. If someone is stealing packages something has to be done. This is completely unacceptable.
I wouldn't give any stars but had to give one so it would post. They sent a customers package to San Juan....Why on earth would the send a package that was due to go to the NE to San Juan?? USPS you need to get it together. You need to do better than this.

Not sure why items arrive at the Pensacola processing center and then take another 4-5 days to get delivered. Its almost like they hold your package hostage. It makes one wonder why you have to pay for this service. And of course accountability is at 0%. Seek alternatives for delivery.
I received another package today that had been opened and rummaged through. I am so unhappy with the way the postal service is operating now. This also confirms my belief that the package I have been waiting on since July of this year is now a personal gift for one of the postal workers. Do a better job if screening employees.
