I sent my COLLEGE DIPLOMA using USPS services. I sent that diploma on December of last year! They are still looking for it! And in the website it says that it went to the Miami usps postal office and ITS NOT THERE. Just to clarify, I CANT START STUDYING without my college diploma! How are they going to miss a large box??? NEED ANSWERS

This is a USPS contract station. They deal with outgoing mail but are unable to handle anything residential. If you need help locating a package, try the main post office at 4600 SW 34th St, Gainesville, FL 32608. Otherwise, if you are just sending out mail, then make sure you know that they only accept cash or checks. They do not take debit or credit cards.

Relax, they're not slaves. This Post office is fine. check online for correct postage, the zipcode your putting down... And track your package. I watch people every day wait 5-10min in line, and then think Oh! I'd better get out my wallet, pen and ask a thousand questions. Know before you go, and track your package.
