Great agents at the desk kind and thorough. The only reason I don’t get five stars is because some of them don’t wear masks. That really disappoints me
the worst got a message from amazon delivery failed, mail box was full. went to the mailbox the was a magazine and a couple for Buffalo Wild Wings. had a Sorry we missed you ticket. no information besides oversized package. turned from the mail box and looked at the front entrance of the office 30 ft away........ remembered it was USPS delivering. and of course you cant contact the office and wait time is 29 to 43 min on the phone. that exactly way they are the worst delivery company.nnThis is the 4th time ive had a stupid issue with them. i pay extra to avoid USPS
Missed a deliverY then didnt redeliver when i filled the slip out and sent my package back before the time period for them to send it back

The post office usually gets a bad rep and I see this one has too. Just called to get some assistance finding where my mail was going as a new business and they were EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant to work with. Very nice customer service.
