Rude and unhelpful. As if they're doing you a favor even though they are a failed and bankrupt operation that needs every penny they can get. Will happily sell a postal money order, but won't cash one. Pathetic.nnI live 5 minutes from the Rustburg p o, but almost always drive to Altavista, where the clerks are fast, friendly, and thank me for my patronage.

Its like talking to a wall...no help at all and I am one if their largest local customers doing over $1200 a month in postage and packages...

Had to drop off some first of the month bills to get mailed. Easy peasy no big deal.

Whoever delivers to Sunnymeade Rd needs to be laid off or forced retirement. He or she never puts the mail in the right mail box and I am pretty sure they have purposely returned packages that I have ordered. I buy and sell online products and she has impacted my business ever since I moved here. Please find him or her another route or put them in a corner of usps they will not touch anybody's things.

They lose 50% of the things that I order. Then say they can’t do anything about it. Clearly they need better staff.
