Everyone working here is very nice and helpful, post office itself is kept quite clean. I have found the workers here to be quite accommodating especially during the heavy package season of Christmas.
change of address was ignored and package was delivered to wrong address , attempts at fixing the issue and getting my package back have been brushed off and met with attitudes, dismal service
Hands how the worst post office in have ever been to. Instant attitude problems....I have lived all over the place throughout my life and I have never felt so uncomfortable in a post office. We just moved here and both my fiance & I have been down there and experienced this each and every time so far. Very disappointed in there customer service and choice of employees here in Westminster. This is customers service we are talking about, learn how to treat your customers please!
