Worst post office ever. People just don’t their job. Too many times I pay for 2 day shipping and my packages get delivered to the post office and it takes DAYS to make it to my PO Box. Every time I ask someone about it all they say is “it’s being sorted”. Either they are lying or not doing their job. Also good luck trying to call them. Canceling my PO Box and never having anything come through this garbage place.

I have been receiving incorrect mail in my box and a lot of my mail has been returned to the senders for the last 5 years of living at the same address. the post office manager also has the worst interpersonal skills I have ever seen. She yelled at me after they stole my mail after I left town for a month. I am now missing 2000$ in stimulous checks because of them and this lady had the nerve to yell at me???

Absolutely hate coming into this place. The fact that I have to pay for PO Box when my address is no more that 100 yards from your building is pathetic and make no sense at all. Heaven forbid someone messes up on your address because they won’t hold your package there long enough for you come get it. Really appreciate that.

Easily the worst post office I've ever experienced. Private contractors who deliver to cluster boxes are terrible at their jobs. Constantly delivering mail to wrong boxes, whinning about a little snow, and now slower than ever. What happened to the postal motto? If you can't handle delivering mail when it snows, you're in the wrong location and the wrong job.

Kathy went above and beyond to be helpful during COVID to make sure I received my held mail in my new home out of state. I received a follow up call from her only minutes after calling the 1-800 number. She addressed my issue promptly and was very friendly. Overall, I'm always impressed with the level of service at this location. A++.
