Please note this is not a retail location, you can only pick up mail and go to a passport appointment. I learned that the hard way. You don't know this until you enter through the front door.

This office doesn’t do sales or retail. Only passports and mail pick up. Good customer service, though. I really think this should be marked in the search so people don’t drive in vane to be turned away to another office.

I was waiting inside the pick up mail room, ring the bell 3 times, nobody came out to assist. Been waiting for 10minutes, too much talking, and as i walk out. Really? Early in the morning gossiping.

Their supervisor Brian was immensely helpful in helping me track an otherwise lost package. Very friendly staff when I stopped by to pick up.

Every time I go there is a line. I get my mail delivered to another street completely different!
