I cannot stretch how bad this place is. I changed to National City over a year ago and I've been having issues with them since I moved here. I've spend over 15hrs and multiple days at this location and every time I feel like there is a resolution, turns out more issues arise. I've never had so many issues with any other USPS. This place should be managed by a completely different staff.

I sent a certified mail. Ero was very professional, courteous, and polite. Too bad I don't live around here otherwise I would come to this post office. Parking can be tight though, there are only few spaces. Luckily people come and go, so no long waits for parking.

I went to this location to send my passport renewal application. Ero was very kind and very helpful, I also liked how she was able to speak in her limited Spanish to one of the customerservice. That says how good customer service she has.

Even though I live Chula Vista I often use this post office because the staff is very helpful.
