They tell you to wait someone will come speak with you and you wait 20 minutes go back up and they have an attitude like you are doing their jobs.. Rude and unprofessional
There's only one worker behind the desk. Once the minute before close hits, the worker today got extremely grumpy and she was yelling at customers telling them if they needed to buy something the cash register is closed and she would no longer check people out. She begrudgingly accepted a few more purchases but was mad about it. It made me and the others feel unappreciated.
The automated system by phone is just useless. Trying to track a letter that according to the tracking number arrived at the Akron USPS Facility six days ago. It still has not been delivered. I've receive five items since, yet this one shows that it arrived at the Akron facility six days ago. I tried entering the tracking number, and I get the recorded message that things are taking longer due to covid. I've received 5 items AFTER this one item arrived at the same Akron USPS Facility! You can no longer speak to a living human, so it's INCREDIBLY frustrating. So I guess it's just lost??????
They are supposed to close at 5pm during the week. But always lock the doors at 4:45. I get off work at 4:30pm and it’s a 20 minute drive from my work to them. They are always closed before I get there at 4:50pm.
Returned my mail to sender undeliverable when I'm still at same location.
