Have shipped about 4 parcels per day for over 2 years with no problems. Have had a few problems with the post offices in other areas delivering the parcels but I am pleased with postal service overall. Our mail carrier does a great job.
The young girl up at the front is always so rude. Surprised she still has her job with her nasty attitude and unwillingness to help customers, especially younger people, who have not the slightest clue on how the mail service works. She continuously rolled her eyes, slammed her hands on the table, huffed and puffed. Just goes to show how miserable people are. I never leave reviews on places, actually this is my first one, but she was so rude that I felt compelled to. The 2 stars are only for the nice older man that works there. The other 3 are missing because of that woman.
I have had the absolute worst experience with this post office. My mail carrier has delivered my packages to the wrong address. I’ve had to go to police about packages delivered to wrong address. I get mail for other people constantly even after leaving them in mailbox. I had a signature package and waited at home all day with front door open and on several occasions mail man NEVER even attempted to knock on door. I’m filing a formal complaint. I’m sick of this.
Mail person refuses to deliver mail because of getting barked at by my dog who stays indoors while I work. Receive paystub from work in the mail and every week, without fail, my envelope is ripped open in the corner just enough to read the contents. Completely unprofessional mail carriers. Cant believe these people stay employed and manage to show such a disregard for their job even with good pay and benefits. Should have these people go back to fast food and just let amazon deal with the mail.
don't say you are delivering for us when your worse then ever. We have the app that shows what is being delivered that day. Today we watched the carrier stop next door and then stop at our box and scan the bar code. Went to get mail and nothing was left.
