I wouldn't even give this a 1 star. I only did bc it wouldn't let me post without. My mail carrier, since we have moved in, NEVER gets out of his car for the packages. He just shoves them in the mail box, so most of my stuff ends up ruined.
Despite all the negative reviews, I’ve not had a problem at the post office nor with our mail being delivered! I’ve only met two mail delivery ladies and they are both very kind and helpful.nnWhen trying to deliver a priority package (a total foreign situation for me) the attendant at the desk inside the post office helped me out greatly every step of the way.nnThe only reason I’d take away one star is that sometimes my packages aren’t scanned right away and they don’t get delivered as timely as I’d like.
All of a sudden over the past 2 months I'm missing 2 card and 3 packagesnFrom different places.n1 LG package that couldn't fit in the mail.box said it was delivered to the mail boxnnAnyone else having this problem ?
HORRIBLE customer service. Apparently the Branch Manager and the Supervisor just leave the building whenever they feel like it without letting the other employees know, because I have constantly been told that the employees never know when they will be in the building. Not even an approximate time or day to try and contact them on. Thus, without these two, there is no way to locate missing packages that were last scanned at the post office because the other employees are not allowed to look up customer-provided tracking numbers for their own packages. This all means that if the post office loses your package, they will take great pains to misunderstand the situation, tell you there is nothing they can do about it, and to try and contact either the branch manager or the supervisor--whenever they may be back.
I have to say that the woman that covers for our regular mail man is awful. First off she drives about 50 mph between each stop and she also got so close to our box she ripped it off the pull, never said a thing and i have personally seen her do it to the neighbors box. And last but not least she left 2 black skid marks on our driveway about foot long. Witnessed by my husband. Next the law will get involved. We tried to report it to the post office but was unable to speak with no one at the Louisville post office.
