Never had a bad experience at this post office in 15 years. very friendly staff.
The worst.nnUnlike their competitors, they do not have to please customers, as they are government funded. Rating systems do not help or hurt them. This allows them to do whatever they please with an added sense of entitlement. From lost packages, to incorrect deliveries, to wet mail, to folded school pictures, to adding a signature request unnecessarily, making my expedited package late, since I work away from home and away from their 9 to 5 hours....I have seen it all. But what am I doing, stating the obvious? Everyone dislikes their local post office and the USPS in general, yet here we are. Still.
