I seem to have the same issue no matter what post office I go to anymore. I tried to mail my wife a large envelope yesterday full of important things for my wife in SOUTH KOREA, but for whatever this time at the Westfield post office I had a repeat of an incident that made me stop using the Seville post office. The employee seemed disinterested in actually making sure everything was correct and ended up marking my package for NORTH KOREA. For anyone that doesn't know only diplomatic mail can be shipped there and I'm clearly not a diplomat nor do I have any reason to send anything there. So I plan on calling today to hopefully have this mistake corrected but it will mostly be done at my expense and no responsibility will be taken by the post office even though I had the address very clearly marked.
The Westfield Post Office has amazing customer service. They are always so friendly and quick. The hours are a bit limited.
