Awesome achievement even in the face of the COVID 19 pandemic...we should have to praise the effort they are making so far.
Hard working clerks. Go out of their way to make sure you get your mail. They are very essential workers! Delays are expected in this time of the covid-19. Be patient.
The WORST usps in the entire Toledo area. My delivery driver refuses to accept my packages. I brought it to officemax which accepts USPS and they tell me that driver is rude and will do anything to get out of doing her job. Apparently she knows the ins and outs of the postal services rules and has enough tenure to not get any disciple. Wish this was a reality at my job or any other job. Would be nice to skirt under doing my job by saying it’s not my job all day.
Went to this PO to get postage for 120 booklets. Both ladies behind the counter, Michelle and Donna were pleasant and helpful. After purchasing the postage we began putting the postage on the booklets. At this time the PO was not very busy so Michelle came out to putting the postage on the booklets. I know the PO gets hammered a lot but on this day these two ladies were outstanding.
