I hate them. They delivered a very expensive package to my vacant apartment despite having my forwarding address on file for well over a month, and now it’s locked and I have to wait till Monday to even attempt to get it because they’re closed. What kind of morons work here. The lady at the desk is always nice and helpful but her delivery drivers need to be fired.
They always deliver mail on time and the best service in history.
I am unfortunate enough to get mail and packages from this post office. They are closed every day for lunch 12-1, unless they decide a random time is more convenient for them. Ive gone out and had to turn around multiple times as late as 1:35 because they are taking an extended lunch. This at a Post office only open until 4, and only during the week... Because its super convenient for most people to get there that work a job with normal hours...nnBesides that apparently the person making deliveries from that post office cant read or is too lazy to care. In the space of 4 days, I got 2 other peoples mail/packages and a neighbor 5 houses away from me got my packages. How could someone not take 3 seconds to confirm the house number before leaving a package? I had to take the packages mis-delivered to me to their correct address because the guy in the post office van refused to take them back.nnI dont have these issues with Fedex or UPS. USPS has managed to lose 2 of my packages and takes at least 2 weeks on 3 day priority labels. Shockingly a business run by the government is staffed by idiots from the lowest bidder.
Would rate zero stars if I could, they sent a package back to sender as undeliverable , tracking number said it was out for delivery on 6/08, did not come, nor did it come 6/10,6/11,on 6/12 I called sender, it was sent back to them as undeliverable. Why would they do this? It is more work to do this than it is to simply deliver the package. Nothing will be done about this, mark my words. What ever happened to accountability?
I receive what’s supposed to come in my mail every day and I promise majority of my letters are never there and I never see it.Ive had to change everything to electronic because of them.if I could give them a negative I would.
