Calling them is a joke! You will not be able to speak to an actual person,then when you do it takes them 45mins to call back.(in which I am now awaiting that call now) What a joke! I just need a simple question answered,didn’t realize it’d take nearly an hour to do so!
I haven’t shipped anything in quite a while. When i walked in, the women that helped me were so kind. They took the time to explain the process and make sure that the package I was sending was the best fit. I have never had such a great experience and I will only be using this location going forward!
