My family haven’t gotten are mail n 3 weeks Cause they said it’s a dog on our street and he’s not gonna deliver no mail on the street n we have to get a off street mail box but when we go up there to get our mail today they At the post office it’s not there said the mail man has it n the lady was like she don’t know what to tell me like she didn’t care is y’all crazy or what my family needs our mail if you not going take it to my house then leave it there so my family can pick it up until we find a off street mail box then SMH this is really messed up we need our mail don’t know nothing about no dog !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The 1 star is for the “manager” named Terry. My mailman is amazing and a good friend of ours! I’ve had to deal with this woman twice now and both times she has had THEE worst phone etiquette along with absolutely NO customer service skills. How do people like this get a manager position? I am a very calm person but I ended up cussing this woman out when she called me the other day. She is crusty and should find another job if she hates her life so bad.
Hands down the worse post office I've EVER been to!!! The supervisor is absoluetly rude!!! She Didn't try to help me at all, after waiting a half hour in the lobby she comes up pretty much yelling and had no clue what she was talking about!!!
The hours of the post office to be open listed online are not the same as posted at the post office. Very confusing.
It works cuz it is rite by me !
