This has been my main post office for well over a decade. I am here frequently. I have never had a problem with service or delivery. Mark, Brian, and Donna at the front counter are great.
There's this awesome guy working there named Ken he's a supervisor. Well it turns out some of my mail was tampered with and when I talked to him he started an investigation immediately and call me back occasionally to check in and we had a good 15-minute conversation just BSing. He's a real personable guy. Easy to talk to. I just wanted to make this review because it seems like when us customers are calling into stores and everything the employees all seem unhappy and they lose their personal touch. It sort of feels like they just want to hurry up and get you off the phone. I could definitely tell Ken was a happy guy and he will make you feel happy too. Thanks Ken!
Employees at this branch make Trouble and Refuse to do their jobs.nAn unnamed female manager argued and became Irate when we presented in person for Not Receiving Our Mail.nThere have been ongoing problems with mail carriers and postal clerks Not property doing their jobs and Not conducting themselves as professionals.nThis location Should Receive Negative star ratings.
My favorite post office. I run an ebay store so I have to ship a lot of stuff. Sometimes I have to come in with almost 30 items. They see me come in and immediately grab someone from the back to open a new register. They understand media mail which saves me a ton of time and money, and are patient if I have to look up an address on my phone.nHaving been there literally dozen of times a year, some real weirdos show up once in awhile. There's this guy that comes in and asks for a special bubble envelope size they don't have and they tell him every time they don't sell that size and he grudges them.nThe place is never busy so I save a ton of time on shipping day not waiting in line to deliver my ebay lots.
I like this post office. Personable and professional window clerks. Only problem I ever had was that postal management fails the customer when it does not put enough clerks on window during lunch, near closings in the afternoons and days before a holiday.
