I have a package that's been in one of their containers for the past 10 days. They can't seem to get it to the intended address. This is considered frustrated cargo.
Called to check if my package has been redelivered and the woman working there hung up on me right away after being on hold for 15 minutes. Where is the customer service? I would like to know where my item is. Very unprofessional.
The staff was professional, courteous and very helpful. Quick wait time and stays open an hour longer on Saturdays than other local USPS.
