This post office steals packages and marked them as delivered! I have a ring doorbell so everyone that comes on my porch is recorded. I ordered a package it was marked as delivered but reviewing my camera the mailman came with it in his hand and only placed my mail in the box not my package!

The staff are always friendly and helpful at this Post Office. I appreciate it very much. Thank you for your help College Hill Post Office!

I have always had good service here but do take into account that they are closed for lunch from 11:30 to 12:30

Today I received a package for my son's school project, and it was left on my porch, opened with the contents inside dirty! The box wasn't taped (it had been broken open) and the bubble wrap was dirty as well. I was pissed and very upset! I can NEVER get an answer at the post office when I call for any reason or another. This is not the only bad experience I've had with the mail delivery here in College Hill since they replaced our old postman Ben. This is utterly ridiculous to have people to work for such a great public service and not care about how they leave your possessions.

Google says this office opens at 8:30. That is a lie. They open at 9:00.
