I had the most awesome experience with this post office and this is why... I ordered something on Amazon and I don’t received my packages, my packages were lost, because I messed up wirh key from post box, and the mailman found my package and deliverd to me again. I am really appreciate your service and recommend this post office for every one.

I've had decent experiences in the office (decent deserving the second star, but not great), but we've consistently had packages not delivered due to bogus reasons which makes me think the delivery person just doesn't want to get out of their truck. Today was the last straw with a slip left noting our package couldn't be delivered due to a driveway blockage, which is invalidated by our security camera showing an open drive. This seems to be a common complaint in the community.

Polite but offered no unsolicited advice to reduce the cost of shipping my package. I came with a prepacked box; the woman explained the prices on the screen. Should it be expected that customers must ask for an unmentioned lower price? I could have saved $10 if I had repacked and used a flat rate box from the post office. Live and learn.

I have had amazing experiences here and bad ones. Wish I could give some visits a 5 and others a 1. I guess 3 will do.

Everyone was very nice, the only problem that I have is the phone number they have doesn’t go to this location. It goes to corporate some where else.
