I’ve never had to review a post office below. Packages and mail never delivered, always lost, and or delivered wrong. I live at a apartment complex with no less than three different ways to get packages and mail. Absolutely horrible. My apartment complex has gone as far as filling a complaint against them and the regional office. Avoid at all costs.

Had a problem with a priority express envelope that for some reason was not delivered to my home and instead was just left at the main post office for me to pick up. I was left no info in my mailbox letting me know this, instead I had to track it down myself. After driving around the city to different post offices that the 1-800 number told me to go to, I finally ended up here and Lance had my envelope waiting for at the front desk. He knew exactly what had happened and was friendly and helpful. Thank you Lance!

Would give zero stars if I could! 1 person working on one of the busiest shipping days of the year. Usps just doesn’t get it! Hire more clerks. The amount of people leaving would pay for the other clerks. Smh insane!

They need to have more than one person working at once. I’m not waiting behind a long line of passport applicants just to ship a single item. Currently walking to the UPS store to give them my business instead.

Love the staff at this Post Office. They don't mind when we wrap our gifts on their island counter and test various sizes of USPS boxes and envelopes while standing in line. Always good natured and willing to help. I have a hand tremor and can't write. I forgot to type my return address on my mailing labels and Lance kindly wrote it for me on my two packages. Yes, they are short of staff, but not their fault. Patience and a smile go a long way.
