Just had a new mailman pull his mace out on my 15 year old no teeth dog! And refuses to give me my mail and the post service refuses to answer..i have cameras!...With matters like this not getting resolved your backing ppl into corners and we will start taking matters in our own hands if something is not done..if my dog gets sprayed so doesn't your mailman!!! Not to mention your replacement mail carriers told me they don't get the same pay or benefits that a full time mail man does so that's why they don't care.
THEY HAVE HAD A SIGN IN THE WINDOW FOR TWO DAYS NOW SAYING THE SYSTEM IS DOWN. THIS MORNING AT 10:40 AM THE CLERK WAS SITTING BEHIND THE DESK WITH HER HEAD DOWN AS IF SHE WERE NAPPING! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE 01/08/2019. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE. I DID TRACK DOWN THE CONSUMER AFFAIRS REP, ONLY TO FIND HER MAILBOX IS FULL. THIS IS BEYOND BAD SERVICE!
