United States Postal Service

This review is based solely on my first and only time I've been here, on 4/5/2021 at around 3pm. There was only a single other costumer and I was immediately attended to, the worker who helped me was very nice and helpful. The total time I spent from walking in to mailing a package and leaving was under two minutes. I know many people have a negative perception on going to the post office, but being able to mail a letter anywhere in the US for the price of a single stamp is hard to beat :)

Very poor customer service. I got a notification they couldn't deliver my package but yet I was home all day, and left very detailed instructions that I live in a gate and to just toss it over the gate. Upon going to the post office the girl behind the counter seemed as if she did not know what was going on, and did not want to be bothered. Needless to say she said I cant get my package until tomorrow..sounds fishy. Does anybody know what is going on here?

Dude did not want to be bothered but all I went for was a change of address form. Office/hub was small and I woulda thought perhaps only 1 -2 only allowed or but I'll probably go to Goodale next time. 20th Street Mount Vernon is in the Hood and don't feel comfortable going on foot.

Never had a problem at this location, I'm always in and out.
