I recently moved to lovely Nyack NYnFrom Studio City ( Los Angeles California). You can refer to my 1 star dismissive review of the PO there).nWhat a refreshing 180•experience here. There are seldom more than 2/3 people in line for the 3 available tellers. The staff is pleasant VERY knowledgeable and it makes for an enjoyable experience as it should be.nIt’s worth moving cross country to mail a letter here from the Nyack post officenon So Broadway!
Very nice ! Super pleasant experience every time
As a consignment seller, I list and sell a lot of things on ebay, and so need to ship them from this post office several days a week for the past 16 years. There's rarely more than a few minutes wait time on line, and everyone has always been friendly and helpful.
3 STARS. Why? since I dealt with 2 different people, one was willing to go out of his way to help, and the other, she only replied that she couldn't help me. Now this is ridiculous!nConclusion: Sometime the right person can make a huge difference.
