Words cannot express how PHENOMENAL the staff at the Fayetteville PO branch are. I came in right before closing (I know, I know) in a panic as I had missed delivery of an important package I needed IMMEDIATELY. Steven was absolutely fantastic, helpful, professional and patient when one thing after another went wrong with this package. I started crying (seriously) and they STILL did not toss me out (past closing at this time). Above and beyond satisfying this customer!!! They are heroes too!!!!!
Maybe I don’t get out much but this location is very clean and updated facility. Automatic doors! The staff is super friendly and kind too! Just the right amount of small talk to make you feel right at home! Not too nosey and not too “robotic” like where they literally only say what can I help you with and your total.nAlso I was in and out within two, three minutes! Super efficient and not too busy at all!
The employees here are always so nice and it's almost never busy. I usually drive out of my way to go to this post office rather than some of the ones closer to me.
