I am 100% pleased with the customer service I recently received and just had to share! Jodie is absolutely amazing! She is the sweetest, most helpful post office representative I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Post office agents here in Miami are not helpful or nice at all and Jodie went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. Highly recommend!nn-Dee Castillo

Thank you Nicole at the Pitcher St location for mailing me my stamps! I was there to ship a package and while there also purchased stamps but I forgot to take them with me. To my surprise Nicole mailed them to me with a nice note. Thanks again Nicole for going out of your way!

I am currently on hold with the phone number you have listed, I have been waiting for over an hour now. My mailman has left notices about how he missed me for a package delivery, but has never knocked on my door. I have scheduled redelivery THREE times now, and still nothing. No knock at the door, nothing. I even gave special instructions that he needs to come to the door on the side. He hasn't bothered to knock on either door. At this moment, I have no idea where my package is and it is very important. Highly disappointed.

A busy post office, but the staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My favorite mailing place.
