Awful I've been waiting for my 2 packages today & wouldn't you know their now being held at the post office at the customer's request. But I am the customer & did not request no such thing what a joke. Because they are chocolates for Easter and my 2 packages should of been delivered today I saw 2 mail trucks go by one down pine avenue & the other down walnut & not one of them delivered any mail to my address today on pine ave near walgreens. What's going on with the post office in NF my goodness

I have had so many issues with this post office, it’s getting really old. I never write reviews, but they definitely deserve this one. I recently moved out of state and changed my address. I forgot I had ordered a package to my old address but I wanted to call to confirm they will be able to either send it back to the seller, or send it to my current address. I WAITED ON THE PHONE FOR 3 HOURS. I wasn’t able talk to anyone! This isn’t the only issue I had. I ordered a package to my apartment and one day it said it was delivered, but I never received it. I’ve noticed the mailmen/women will park in one spot in front of my apartment, stock up on packages and deliver all around the street (which is against policy). I went into the post office to ask what happened and they claimed it was scanned at my address and delivered. I told them I never received it and I would like to be reimbursed for my hard-earned money with the insurance I had on the package, which was up to $100. They said they would call me and never did, so I went in a second time and the supervisor was absurdly rude to me and was absolutely no help. I contacted the seller and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I even filed a claim and nothing was done about it except for an email stating they’ll look into it (I guess they never did lol) and that was it. They are the most INCONSIDERATE and IGNORANT staff with the absolute WORST customer service! Thank God I don’t have them as my post office anymore!

This PO does not answer the phone. Absolutely terrible.

I've been picking up my PO box mail at this location for over 10 years and have found that Michael has always been professional, extremely helpful and a an overall excellent customer service person .

Very unprofessional establishment, Courtney the supervisor is very unpleasant and unprofessional​. She was aggressive with me when I asked questions regarding my packages. She gave me the impression that I was bothering her and wasn't worth her time. She rushed me when I spoke with her. I did nothing to merit this woman's actions. She doesn't handle customers well and has poor work conduct. I am very displeased and disappointed with this specific post office. Glenn another supervisor there also wasn't very attentive or helpful, but was indeed more pleasant to speak to than Courtney. Overall I did NOT get what I was looking for from this establishment. Which was just to simply get my package. Instead I find out that they lost my package on top of Courtney being disrespectful and unprofessional for no apparent reason. I am not sure if race played a part in my issue with Courtney but she was VERY nasty with me and again for no reason.
