Who’s fault is it when you (the customer) puts the correct address on the package and the them (the USPS employee) puts only the city, state, and zip code? Well, according to these guys it’s the customers fault. They never double-check and they never notify you when your package has arrived when it was returned to sender. Maybe reading and writing isn’t a fundamental task for these employees. If you’re a delivery carrier, wouldn’t you be able to see the address on the package and not just rely on the scanner or whatever they use? Maybe life is too difficult with technology nowadays. Who knows.
Rude and lack of customer service. One worker doesn't even give me the stamps I bought and accused me of taking it. She couldn't remember if she gave it or not. Went in there in a good mood and came out with bad. Avoid going there if you can.
The lack of customer service is disgusting. Go anywhere else if you care about your packages.
In spite of being one of the ugliest buildings in NYC, a neighborhood eyesore, the service is good, mail carriers are always very nice. No issues getting deliveries. Minus one star for the ugliness of the building. I think it has a lot of one star reviews because people only post reviews when they have a problem and don't think about it when it works fine. Thank you mail carriers!
Staff is constantly rude for no apparent reason. They are impatient and have a constant attitude. If you can avoid coming here, I highly recommend it.
