Absolutely horrible location, there’s no drop box to just drop Prelabeled packages and the staff is never at the counter, line is always long and staff is always rude. If this wasn’t so close to my job I would AVOID IT THIS LOCATION
Shut the door on my face 10 minutes before they were supposed to close.
Went today to mail a package to my nephew. I only had the flat rate box at home, so I packed the item in it. The postal worker was terrific pointing out that the priority box behind me would be half the shipping price as the flat rate box. Saved me quite a bit of $$$$. Thanks!!!
I had the door shut in my face!!!! It was 4:52 and a male postal worker saw me coming to door and locked it with 8 minutes until closing time. He came back and asked if my small box was prepaid and i said no, and he then treated me like garbage and walked away.
Very disappointing! For a couple of days now I've gone to this PO at exactly 9AM. Waited 15 minutes until I couldn't wait any longer - it never opened. If the damn thing is shut down, then there should be a sign at the door saying this PO no longer exists and tell us where to pick up our mail or where we can go to mail packages - like I wanted to do. Sad, really, because it was so convenient for me, seeing that I work across the street. I USED to be able to go to this PO during my lunch break but now it just seems like no one works there anymore but the lights are still on - confusing a whole lotta folks! What a disappointment!
