Awesome staff there. Extremely helpful with all things postal. Also very knowledgeable, and they give out true information!! Rarely do they have long lines so I'll drive out of my way and still end up saving time.
I do not know who is delivery driver is but its been at least 6 times where they have put our packages on the neighbors doorstep or just completely lost it. I am fed up with them. They constantly keep putting the wrong envelopes in my mailbox. I've only been here for 10 months
The person who delivers my mail has been putting my mail on the ground this has happened twice already I’ve been meaning to report her because I was told that is illegal and I have a standing mailbox so I don’t know what’s the purpose in that
Extremely small and easy to miss! But great customer service! Highly recommend! Conveniently located in plaza across from gate six of fort Campbell.
Wishing I could give half a star. This is the worst post office I have ever been to. I will drive farther just for better service and workers who know how to do their job. They get half a star because I’m assuming (hoping) my mail gets to where it needs to go, eventually.
