I was having issues with a package that was supposed to arrive. I was given the wrong information from a representative online… which made me come to this facility. The staff was so nice and helpful. The security guard was so sweet and even though he didn’t know what to do for me he sent someone else down that knew more about it than he did. There were employees that were getting off of work and about 5/10 of them asked if they could do anything to help me even when they shifts were over. Long story short I can’t remember the ladies name for the love of Pete , but she was such a sweetheart, and she took the time to listen to me. She had curly blonde and brown hair, beautiful makeup, and she was about 5’4. She handled everything so well. Keep up the positive energy ❤ufe0f!
Where is my package??? Tracking update shows this facility being the last place my package was sent. Here it is March 1 and my package has been in this state and facility since February 9. I’ll be headed back to NY before this package makes it and to be nice, I just want my passage sent to Texas. Priority shipping failed me and I’m not impressed.
This place stinks for priority mail. They are so slow. They never answer the phone. My daughter is expecting a package from Henderson NV an made it to Rochester NY but has been departed twice. Seems to me like they are just playing games. She just wants her package. The tracking is not updating. It's supposed to go to the Central Square NY post office.
I've been waiting for a package to get to Syracuse that arrived in this location over a week ago and no one has answered the phone once. What exactly are you supposed to do. Is anyone actually in charge here? Does anyone work here?
What a joke this place is!?! Ordered something the end of January and last shipping update was February 4 at this location. It has been almost a month and STILL have not received my package. All I get in response is that it's because of covid. Good ole New York State at its finest!?
