Not happy with the service at this place. They seemed to estimate a price both times I went, rather than giving me the true cheapest rate. I knew this was happening when they gave me the same price for two packages that clearly weighed differently. Once they even slightly bent my package to guess the shipping weight and there were earrings inside (slightly fragile).nnOnly positive is that lines are usually short.

I have been to this post office twice in the last week to send packages as well as many times in the past. I feel compelled to remark on the helpfulness, friendliness and such positive customer service of the employees. I watched today with long lines how the two gentlemen on duty dealt with each customer with such personal respect and courtesy. The gentleman who waited on me resolved a problem with my package - he went above and beyond to solve my problem; the other gentleman created at atmosphere of of wonder by singing part of a holiday song and waiting for those in line to complete the phrase. His actions helped alleviate the impatience in the room. My thanks and appreciation to these two gentleman and all the staff in this post office for their service and especially for their personal service to each person.

This post office is always very quick and efficient and eager to help. Specifically, Vince. Today, I had an oddly shaped item to send and he literally stopped what he was doing and helped make a shipping box for me and package up and secure my item. He really went out of his way to help me and this is not typical at USPS locations. I recommend this location, and Vince, highly. Thank you!

I have not received my paycheck twice now. I only get paid every two weeks and had to stop and get my prior check re-issued. I cannot seem to reach anyone in either the Half-moon office or Clifton Park office. The mail was delivered at almost 4pm today and I often get another's mail in my mailbox. This is getting ridiculous.
