Hands down the best post office I’ve ever encountered. The office is well organized and clean, the staff is professional, courteous and will go out of their way to help you. Every mail carrier I have encountered here in Troy has been wonderful, too.

I would give them 0 stars if I could.nThey have only been delivering mail to my neighborhood maybe once or twice a week. Some people are waiting for important mail. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Mail always late or delivered to the wrong address, going inside the post office you have to deal with extremely rude employees and my most recent problem...... I was supposed to receive a package yesterday and it still has not been delivered I have been attempting to call the post office about it since they opened this morning with no answer at all it is now almost 2 in the afternoo

Today is the third day I went to this post office for my passport and all three times the only clerk that are able to process the application was not there. The clerk that told me she left early was rude as ever, I had to request a supervisor. The supervisor was very nice and helpful. She called another post office and I was able to go there. She's the only reason they receive 2 stars.

They just turned my son away instead of trying to find his package after making him wait for 20 minutes until the window closed. They said they would go back and look for his package which contained his winter coat and a book he needs for college. It is 15 degrees outside, and they closed the window and refused to help him.
