Impossible to rate since their phone line systematically rings busy, then rings so much it auto disconnects. Would love to recieve ALL our mail but it looks like that's not in the cards for us... Anyone have a legitimate email contact for the norwood post office directly?
I'm sure the office does the best it can with what resources the various administrations let them have. Deliveries are a different matter, very uneven. We just today got a clearly important package dropped off for someone with an entirely different name with a different number address on a different street. --- We just called the phone number posted online for this post office and got no answer. --- So we called the 800 number and got put up a phone tree and the end of which it told us that the wait was going to be more than an hour. -- At this point, we are once more going to have to leave the house and go deliver the mail (not our job). Thank you Louis DeJoy.
I check online everyday what is going to be delivered and half the stuff never shows up. I call and they can't find it. USELESS
I arrived here at 8:27AM, they didn’t open until 8:37 AM. Do not advertise that you open at 8:30AM when you do not. I was going to be late to work due to this inconvenience. Do better!
Great service. The clerks are always kind, friendly and helpful.
