Missed my carrier while I was in the shower so I called the office to see if I could pick it up since I was going on vacation Sunday night. Susan was fantastic and stayed late ON A SATURDAY so that I could pick it up. Thanks again!!!!!
I tried to call 15+ times today to reach them because they said USPS couldn’t deliver my package (they have access to my apartment) and when they FINALLY answered, she was incredibly rude and told me I hadn’t called there and told me to wait outside for her to deal with someone else. I offered to show her my phone record and pretty frustrating even when I drive over in person, they’re not responsive. Rude and unprofessional.
Marilyn was such a great help for me and my boyfriend getting our passport! Other Postal offices gave me the run around. She helped us out and did not waste our time! She is patience and very professional! She is an outstanding efficient employee! Thank you again Marilyn if you see this! ud83dudc95
I went here to get my passport. They were the only ones who take walk-ins on Saturdays. They were fast and professional. I got my passport no problem.nnI would highly recommend going here.
