Post Master “Andy” tried to rip me off after I rode my bicycle there. Tried to tell me my loose leaf textbook wasn’t able to be shipped via media mail. Wouldn’t ship it unless I paid for priority which was double the price. Had to ride my bike to another post office that gladly shipped my textbook via media mail. USPS website clearly states loose leaf texts are qualified Andy.
The employees are super rude and act like they’re annoyed you even came in the store. They try and yell and kick you out the store if you try to question them.
(Indian lady) is always on the phone while trying to take care the customer. She is very slow and I don’t know how she end up here not knowing how to count money. I’m reading reviews about this post office location and there complaints about this lady. Where is the supervisor? Aren’t they taking these complaints seriously? I’m seriously going to send complaint to post master general of NJ...
Fast, lots of parking, great service...
The clerks there are great. There is one female Indian clerk that is bi polar or something, avoid her if possible
