I can’t even give it a star. They were very disrespectful and I would not recommend ever coming here. They can expect a lawsuit.
Literally any other post office is probably more interested in helping you.
Many thanks to Luis at the Roseland Post Office for saving the day! After business hours, he answered the phone and helped me track down a gift we had ordered for our granddaughter. We had received a notice that it had been delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. Luis figured out that it had been delivered to a street in Roseland with a very similar name. Then, way after hours, he met me there, found the package and gave it to me. I was able to deliver it in time for our granddaughter's birthday. This kind of service is way above and beyond, and my wife and I are extremely grateful.
Customer-facing employees are either wearing masks improperly or not at all. Avoid during COVID.
