Received a phone call from someone at this facility about a claim I filed over my package. The woman literally interrogating me over the phone. She started to get and attitude and her voice got louder as the phone call continued. It was like she thought that I was committing fraud or was trying to catch me in a lie or something. I was on the phone with her for 14 minutes before she finally understood the claim, instead of saying sorry I didn’t understand, she stated “why didn’t you just say that the first time!” Even though I did, if she would’ve just took a second and listened there would not have an issue. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

We are a business that depends on the checks for our deposits. We are constantly getting our mail late or not at all...awful

I DONT LEAVE REVIEWS OFTEN, BUT THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAD EVER ENCOUNTERED!nnTHE GENTLEMAN WITH THE INDIAN ACCENT, SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!nnI HAVE MAIL ON HOLD & I AM EXPECTING A LETTER TO TELL ME IF I AM ACCEPTED INTO A TREATMENT PROGRAM FOR MY STAGE 4 LEUKEMIA. I AM CURRENTLY LIVING 45MIN AWAY DUE TO THE FACT I NEED HELP GETTING AROUND, SO II CALLED & POLITELY ASKED FOR HIM TO CHECK THE MAIL SLOT TO SEE IF I HAVE ANY MAIL BEFORE ASKING A FAMILY MEMBER FOR A RIDE (AS I AM NO LONGER ABLE TO DRIVE MYSELF). HE SAID I SHOULD CALL BACK TOMORROW!!! I TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, HE SAID “if it is that important, you should come in person!”nnIT IS 3 STEPS TO THE BACK ROOM, 3 STEPS THAT COULD GIVE ME THE TINY BIT OF HOPE, I SO DESPERATELY NEED, TO KEEP GOING, BUT I GUESS FOR THIS FACILITY, ITS 3 STEPS TOO MANY!!!nnTHANK YOU FOR READING,nGod Bless
